The hydraulic angle semi-automatic product line is mainly used for punching and typing procedures of equilateral and inequilateral angles with their side length of 160mm and smaller ones; leaves out lineation on angles and alinement when punchine one by one; it only needs to input such parameters as the positions of each hole (X direction and Y direction) and of printing; put the angles to be processed on the pincer of the cart; then, automatic consecutive punching can be realized.

        Compared with other products of the same kind, this product line has manual pincer, which avoids manual location by shoving at every time of punching and also avoids the error of manual location; it also adopts the process control method of reciprocate cycle and zero adjustment at a time, which reduce the error of punching precision to the minimum; therefore, it is more convenient and has simpler operation, more precise punching and higher efficiency.
