

1. Apply scope
The machine is mainly used to punch and type of joint plank in the field of iron tower. It is also used to punch and type of metal plank of other trade.
2. Structure and capability
The body of the machine is armor plate jointing structure with type C,and its rigidity is very good and the operating space is large as well. There are three modern positions (one of them is service position of typing), which can be switched automatically. And the princer system can suit workpiece with different thickness and there is benchmark null position stop. The workpiece is supported by ball operation board. The running of axes X and Y is driven by serve motor and ball screew shaft and the punching position is controlled by double axes numerical control system. The whole course of working can be carried automatically and the operator can input the operating size to the computer, which can be used repeatedly thereafter.
