
1. Brief introduction
This machine is the first choice to drill holes in junction panels of the steel structure as well as other plate materials of machinery industry.
(1) On the workpiece all holes are processed automatically. So long as the operator input computer the workpiece size, and does not need to program the complex processing program. The operator only introduce the CAD graphic file to the superior computer, the CAD/CAM transform directly, and produces the processing program automatically.
(2) The workpiece tightens with the hydraulic pressure clamp on the work table. With the aid of clamp’s orientation, link the workpiece with the origin of coordinates of the machine. The highly effective automatic control dynamical head, may cause the drill bit fast close the workpiece. When the drill bit comes into contact with the workpiece, it automatically switch the feed rate and drill holes immediately according to the order. After drill through the material, drill bit automatica fast return. When a workpiece has several kinds of apertures, man can use quick drill chuck to change drill bits.
(3) The scraps produced during drilling process fall on the chains of the escape of chips equipment by work table and the incline of the machine body. The equipment of eacape of chips in two-row chains lift the scraps, and drops them into funnel of the escape of chips. The funnel has wheels, and it can upturn, which facilitate the discharge of iron filings. Coolant flows to the coolant-box under equipment of the escape of chips. Then the coolant is transported to the nozzle through coolant pump.
2. Merits
The machine has two exchangeable work tables. When one work table is drilling, another work table withdraws, unloads the finished product, and installs the new semifinished materials, which makes the drilling work and loading and unloading work carries through at one time. On the work table there has many narrow linear and the spire shape bearings, used for supporting the workpiece. These bearings can be arranged willfully to avoid the position of holes.
3. Technical characteristics
(1) Function of hydraulic power stations:①to clamp and unloose the workpiece, and maintain an adequate clamping force in the process of drilling. ②drive the main shaft of drilling press to feed, and achive fast close the workpiece, the slow work feed and fast return. ③the close orientation after movement of the machine can improve the accuracy of the location of drilling and dimension of workpiece.
(2) It adopts technology—the principle of self-controlled stroke of drilling: there is no need to use pre-set parameters. The transfer of automatically fast feed—slow feed of workpiece—fast return is completed through the joint function of machine, electricity and liquid. There is no empty stroke consumption, easy to operate and is high efficient.
