1.  Apply scope
        This production line is used for punching and drilling of equipments processing the automobile, the carling, the crossbeam, and the plate. The equipment has rational design, rigid capability , stable work, precise changing of the mold, and high efficiency. Our company has been providing this production line for processing the spare part of automobile manufacturing industry in Jinan, which get a high praise in Jinan automobile manufacturing market.

 4.  Controlling System
        (1) Data Input :
        ① Input data through interfacial menu manually or automatically;
        ② Input data from upper stage by CAD programme;
        ③ Get data from EMS memory directly.  
 
        (2) Possess the function of supervision and alarm.
5.  Basic Structure and Capabilities:
(1)General Structure
        The machine consistes of seven main parts:
        ① Feeding table: consists of roller,supporting frame, rack, linear guide-orbit and feeding dolly and so on. The feeding dolly is controlled by a servo motor.
        ② Main engine: the engine body is jointed with framestyle steel plate, with rigid capability, stable work and precise changing of mould. The main engine is setted on glider and is guided by servo motor, which drive the ball bearing bar to move back and forth upright along feeding road.
        ③ Orientation compact system: this system consists of four parts, namely, orientation block, idler pulley, compact device and keep-off device. The orientation block is put on the opposite of the main engine, idler pulley is installed on the feeding road, compact device is setted on the slide seat, and the keep-off device is setted on the main engine.
        ④ Glider seat: this seat installs linear guide-orbit servo motor and ball bearing bar, which support and control the engine body to move along the axial Y.
        ⑤ Hydraulic pneumatic system: it is consist of hydraulic pressure station and various hydraulic pressure parts, which play the function of supplying hydraulic pressure, pneumatic power and drive all parts to move correspondly to complete the task of compacting, keeping off, punching and changing mould and so on.
        ⑥ Outfeed side: consists of idler wheel and feeding frame, used for carrying on finished product.
        ⑦ Motor system: consists of famous brand computer, electronic controling tank and various buttons, used for completing the stated processing work.
 
6. Electric Instruction:
 
--The collocation of electric controlling system is advanced and reasonable, the programme is easy to learn and operate.
 
--Collocate superior computer,and install special automatic program software and system control software to complete the program of joint plate, supervision of movement,and check-up of trouble etc.
 
--The X &Y axis adopt advanced exchange-no-brush servo of PANASONIC to guarantee that orientation is fast, accurate and exempts the maintenance. The highest localization speed is 20m/min,orientation accuracy is  ±0.01mm.
 
--The user only need to offer the AUTOCAD drawings, and the automatic program software can change them into processing procedure, without needing to input the coordinate data manually.
 
--Controlling software can manage the workpiece library conveniently, and the workpiece figure can be shown on the screen real time.
 
--The controlling software can realize the function of automatic reorientation. 
 
-- The controlling software supervise the movement of the machine at any moment. When the machine is in trouble, the detailed causes and solutions will be shown on the CRT.
